Sustainable development  is a top international priority for both the United Kingdom and Mexico. In this context, the Sustainable Development Dialogue (SDD) becomes an important tool in achieving sustainable development goals between both countries.


The Sustainable Development Dialogue in Mexico:

•    is a commitment to a bilateral partnership on sustainable development

•    is designed to strengthen bilateral ties across a range of policy areas and to provide leadership on sustainable development

•    is based on common interests and mutual learning

•    involves the public and private sector, as well as the civil society

•    focuses on 6 priorities agreed between UK and Mexico.
